SILKSCREEN
Screen printing is a printing
system in a given object. Where paint is used.
FRAME
The frame is a piece of wood or
metal used to strain or stretch the mesh, using staples to tighten it around
the frame.
MESH
The mesh is very fine and resistant synthetic fabric stretched and
attached to the frame allows passage silkscreen painting.
EMULSION
The emulsion obtained is a
liquid of two chemicals, sericrom and dichromate, which are used for printing
on fabric.
Squeegee
The squeegee is a tool used to
expand the ink on the screen for printing.
silkscreen inks
It is a special ink for
printing on the net. Depending on the type of material do you want to print,
depend on the use of appropriate ink.
Octopus silkscreen
Is a rotating mechanical
element which can be placed several meshes. Its purpose is to have the
largest number of meshes for mass production of the items you want to print
out.
Piston
It is a mechanical device whose
function is to provide a force to move or perform other device. The force
causing the actuator comes from a gas pressure (typically air). Currently
there are basically two types of linear and rotary actuators.
DC Motor
It is a machine that converts
electrical energy into mechanical, causing a rotary motion, by the action of
the magnetic field.
Bearing
It is a mechanical device that
reduces friction between a shaft and the parts connected to it through
rolling, which serves as support and facilitates displacement.
Pressure regultor.
The
pressure regulators are flow control devices designed to maintain a constant
pressure. This must be able to maintain pressure, unaffected by changes in
process operating conditions for which they work.
Pneumatic solenoid.
DS18B20 temperature sensor.
A solenoid valve is an electromechanical valve,
designed to control the passage of a fluid conduit or pipe.
Temperature sensors are devices which transform
temperature changes into changes in electrical signals that are processed by
electrical or electronic equipment.
Inductive proximity
sensor.
These
sensors incorporate an electromagnetic coil which is used to detect the
presence of a metallic object driver. This type of sensor ignores
non-metallic objects.
Relays.
It is
an electromechanical device. Functions as a controlled by an electric circuit
in which, by means of a coil and a magnet, a set of one or more contacts for
opening or closing other independent circuits switch is actuated.
Protoboard.
The protoboard is a tool used
for testing circuits and knowing if they work.
Resistances.
It’s a device that cause an
opposition to the electrons that flow in a circuit.
Gear.
The gear is used in a mechanism
for transmitting the power from one component to another. The form of a gear
like a toothed wheel.
Transistor.
It’s a little semiconductor
device used as an electronic switch that works with an electric pulse.
Arduino.
It’s a free hardware platform,
based in a plaque with a microcontroller, designed to facilitate the use of
electronic in multidisciplinary proyects.
Screwdriver.
Instrument used to loosen and
adjust crews.
Crews.
A piece of cylindrical metal
with a spiral around him. Its used to fasten two pieces of something
Bakelite.
It is a tool made of copper in
which we can print circuits and use them by removing the useless copper with
a ferric acid.
Ferric
acid.
It’s a chemical liquid used as
a bakelite cleaner that only leaves the marked lines and “Eat” the rest of
the copper in the bakelite.
Multimeter.
This device is used to measure
electrical properties, like voltage, current and resistance principally.
