Integrated Project Report
The gallito robot is a project that pretend have a big impact in our mecatronics knowledge, we think that also we can have an impact in the MDG's (millenium development goals. Whit the idea to use in the class, whith the unmanned prototype we can save a lot of lifes. We only need to implement the mecanism to differents ideas in things like hospitals, army, firefighters, etc. So our Project is an robot gallito, we  based our Project in the idea to build a war tank, basically we use the Caterpillar to move the Project and Steel plate to all the body of the prototype. To the control we use 2 diferents types of sensors (the ultrasonic and the infrared sensor). To detect the enemies and to detect when the robot is going out of the area that is allowed into the game to dont lose for a violation of the rules.

Wave energy systems
WAVEROLLER
How it works?
Is a plate anchored on the sea bottom by its lower part. The back and forth movement of surge moves the plate, The kinetic energy transfer to this plate is collected by a piston pump.
Waveroller is a device that converts ocean waves to energy and electricity.
First the panel moves and absorbs the energy from ocean waves the hydraulic piston pumps that are attached to the panel pump the hydraulic fluids inside a closed hydraulic circuit.
Then, the high-pressure fluids are fed into a hydraulic motor that drives a generator.
Finally the electrical energy is transported to the energy powerplant.

Resume
On this third parcial our team finish our semi-automatic serigraph machine in a timely manner,
our project have two valves and two pistons, this valves controls the movement of the pistons, and have a dc motor that with a help a inductive sensor stops in the differents processes like a pre drying that consists in a nozzle and a fan, when the inductive sensor detect the fan activate and dry the t shirt. Finally our proyect worked in excellents terms.
The most difficult processes in the proyect was the mechanic part because this part was the most time-consuming but thanks to the enthusiasm of colleagues all the the problems were completed in a timely manner having time to do more test of the prototype, obtaining a final successful test, ready to show it to the public.

Progress
The progress since the third week of February until the second week of April. The team focused on the development of the mechanism of his silkscreen automation system distributing the jobs  between each of the members of the team.
We building the structure of the base of prototype, and assemble the motor with the chain, other members designed, elaborated and welded the components in the pcb.
After did the pcb we connect all devices in the board and test the correct operation, the first test there a were few errors and we proceeded to repair.
The we test again the pcb obtaining a positive result. All test were recorded to have evidence.
When test the motor we saw that the speed was to fast for the prototype because use 12 volts, we decide use 5 volts in the motor to rotate the base and saw that was better.
The prototype have a 85% of progress, we finish in the third week of may.
In conclusion the progress of project was a good result for the work of all  team members.

Appearence
Chichen Itzá
This building is on the Yucatan peninsula in México, looks like a castle, its triangular at the base, but a the top is shaped like a cubic. In the end of the stairs is shaped like a snake head, and looks like a wedding cake.
